• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days via EMS.

Order Process

Order Cancellation

Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Insulated Snow Pants
• Gore-Tex Jackets with visible wear
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Personalized or custom orders
• Final sale items

Return Process

2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.

4. We inspect returns within 3-5 business days and process refunds upon approval.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-14 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Available for size or product swaps, subject to availability.
• International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and non-refundable customs duties.

For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours for a prepaid return label and expedited replacement.
